If you have an account with us, you can:

• Call any of our telesales team and place your order on the phone
• Send an LPO (where needed with a rubberstamp) via fax or Email with delivery instructions
• Place an order with any of the regional marketing representatives

Please fill out the order form (found on our website or e-mail to info@alcolabslimited. com and request for one) and attach a Banker’s Cheque or Cheque.

• You can come or send someone physically with the order and a cheque, Banker’s Cheque or Cash to collect the items
• You can also request for an application for Account form and return the same. We shall come back to you within 48 hours from the receipt of the application
• Call us and ask to be visited by a regional representative who shall get the account application form filled out and your order collected

Delivery vans, Motor bikes or other courier services
Juba: Goods ordered before noon shall be delivered by Alcolabs on the same day
Out of Juba: Goods ordered before 2.00 pm shall be delivered through any nominated courier

We have enough stock in our stores, however, if there is anything that is not on our profile or website list, talk to our telesales or your regional marketing representatives and we shall endeavor to supply the correct item at the correct price.
